STUDIO SESSIONS
In a private studio session, you will receive a workout that is 100% tailored to you and your needs. Whether you are recovering from injury, or looking to improve your core strength and mobility, studio sessions are a great way to access Pilates.
Pilates is a system of exercise, with various pieces of apparatus originally designed by Joseph Pilates to build individual strength to enhance performance of the Mat Pilates Repertoire. In a Studio Session, you will have access to equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair and the Tower, which use resistance springs to build core strength, correct imbalances and improve mobility.
GROUP MAT CLASSES
Small group Mat classes are currently running during term-time on Friday’s at the Carson Gracie BJJ Gym in Tonbridge. Mat classes build core strength while improving alignment and working with precision. We also make use of small equipment such as magic circles and flex bands to enhance the workouts.
